Villa Marija's apartment is designed for people who appreciate space and comfort. The large balcony faces the sea and offers panoramic views which include the Kvarner Bay as well as mature trees and/or the forested hills behind the villa.
Our apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen area which has everything for self-catering, including refrigerator with freezer cabinet, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
For optimum comfort there is SAT TV, air conditioning/heating, telephone and electric door openers. The apartment also has a parking space in the free parking area and access to the outdoor pool.

Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen area, large bathroom, air-conditioning, SAT TV, telephone, big balcony and mostly sea views.

Villa Marija is located right above the town centre and only 350 m from the famous 12 km boardwalk «Lungomare». The sea, nice shops, a big supermarket and fine restaurants are all within walking distance. In addition, hiking trails begin behind the house and lead into the forest and to the beautiful nature park Učka which has a top elevation of 1,400 m.

Close to the apartment (5-10 min. walk) you will find the sea, a 12 km promenade which connects Opatija with neighbouring fishing villages, a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, restaurants and a large supermarket.
